For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- At least 7 years of professional experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar roles

- Strong background in Machine Learning System Architecture and Design

- Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, including classical ML techniques such as time series modeling, statistical modeling, and survival analysis

- Professional experience developing models for churn prediction, sales forecasting, and user journey analysis using behavioral data

- Experience working with existing models (refactoring, improving) as well as designing and building new models from scratch

- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and SageMaker

- English level of B2 or higher

- Availability to work in a fully remote model from Portugal
