What you need to join us:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow;

- Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Architect, with the ability to lead meetings, validate requirements, and design solutions;

- Strong ability to work independently in distributed environments;

- Fully remote position – work from anywhere;

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Specialist) are a plus;

- Experience with modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or integrations (REST/SOAP) is an advantage;

- English level C1 or higher
