We are looking for an Operations Lead Senior to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Solid experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler - IBM (TWS/OPC);

- Construction of Linux scripts and JCL chains;

- Expertise in Linux scripting (Shell);

- Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration and associated tools;

- Experience with virtualisation (VMware, Cloud environments);

- Knowledge of ITIL / IPC frameworks;

- Knowledge of UDM for file transfer is valued;

- Knowledge of EGEN would be an asset;

- Experience with application servers: Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBOSS will be taken into account;

- Knowledge of monitoring and networks: Nagios, TCP/IP is valued;

- Knowledge of other scripting languages: Perl, Powershell will be a differentiating factor;

- Experience in using and configuring ServiceNow will be a plus;

- Fluency in English in a technical and business environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage systems, databases, networks and IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security and support for the business and development teams;

- Plan and execute production jobs with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS/OPC), including building Linux scripts and JCL chains;

- Monitor batch executions, file transfers and services on production servers, ensuring process continuity and reliability;

- Develop automation scripts in shell (and other languages such as Perl or Powershell), collaborating with development teams and following internal standards;

- Supporting the maintenance of business applications and providing 2nd and 3rd level support, focussing on resolving incidents, problems and change management;

- Apply ITIL / IPC practices in operational management, contributing to governance, quality of service and compliance with defined processes;

- Producing detailed technical documentation, including work instructions, operational guidelines and reports, in compliance with internal regulations;

- Use platforms such as ServiceNow to implement standard requests and support monitoring with tools such as Nagios, in virtualised environments (VMware, Cloud).
