IT Manager / Architect

We are looking for an IT Manager / Architect to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or IT Architect in customer-facing roles;

- Strong background in IT infrastructure, network design and security;

- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, particularly NIST 800-53 Rev 5;

- Ability to lead technical teams and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;

- Experience with firewall reconfiguration across various technologies such as SonicWall, FortiGate, Palo Alto, WatchGuard and Check Point;

- Skilled in creating and maintaining process documentation and technical designs;

- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and responding to cybersecurity incidents;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Experience in ISO audits and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IT solutions as a Solution Architect, including process definition and technical documentation;

- Lead LAN refresh projects and datacentre transformation, ensuring scalable and resilient infrastructure;

- Conduct ISO control audits and ensure compliance with security standards and documentation requirements;

- Perform security assessments and lead cybersecurity incident response, coordinating globally when necessary;

- Manage full recovery processes for branch and office locations affected by system or security incidents;

- Lead the network stream during global cybersecurity incidents, ensuring rapid response and effective coordination;

- Redesign network infrastructure in line with NIST 800-53 Rev 5 controls and established industry best practices;

- Reconfigure and manage firewalls across multiple platforms, including SonicWall, FortiGate, Palo Alto, WatchGuard, and Check Point.
