We are looking for a Innovation e Project Strategy Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master’s in Electronics e Computer Engineering, Communications, or related fields;

- Knowledge of Defence sector products (preferably communications);

- Strong negotiation skills e expertise in innovation methodologies;

- Experience in market/data analysis e product development methodologies;

- Understanding of strategic management principles.

Responsabilities:

- Develop strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer needs;

- Identify new product opportunities and gather customer requirements;

- Participate in innovation forums and international cooperative projects;

- Define the vision for future products aligned with the company’s goals;

- Collaborate across teams to drive problem-solving and quick decision-making.
