Project Manager

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Responsabilities:

- Lead the Zscaler Project by planning, executing, and overseeing the deployment, with partners and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical and development partners to configure a fully functional Zscaler tenant, meeting all security and operational requirements.

- Oversee the deployment of Zscaler App connector servers.

- Coordinate the design and execution of performance tests at pilot locations to validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the Zscaler deployment.

Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, technical implementation, or consulting roles.

- Experience with secure software development practices, SecDevOps principles, and security compliance requirements.

- Knowledge of Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, etc.), cloud security architecture, and Zero Trust principles. (Preferred)

- Ability to analyse, evaluate, and provide recommendations on network and security architectures in the context of Zscaler deployment.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- Adaptability to change.

- Emotional intelligence.

- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

- Expertise in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and precision.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
