Project Manager (PM)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Responsabilities:

- Manage mid to large-scale technical projects, with a strong focus on system integration initiatives;

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders;

- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of project milestones;

- Identify and mitigate project risks and interdependencies;

- Operate within an international and multicultural context, collaborating closely with global teams.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking/financial sector (minimum 3 - 5 years);

- Solid background in technical project delivery (e.g. core banking migrations, platform integrations, IT transformations);

- Strong communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders;

- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies;

- Ability to thrive in a multinational corporate environment;

Nice to have:

- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum);

- A hands-on, results-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
