Position: Vulnerability Manager (Hybrid in Lisbon)

Who We Are:

We are a passionate, irreverent team (sometimes a bit overly caffeinated) that believes in matching amazing people to amazing opportunities. If you have experience in systems security, vulnerability management, and technical analysis skills, we want to meet you!

What You Will Do:

1. System Hardening Management

- Ensure and manage all security validations on machines;

- Update compliance and protection lists over time;

- Apply solid knowledge of security and operating systems.

2. Vulnerability Management

- Analyze and conduct regular vulnerability assessments;

- Analyze security news and alerts to identify relevant vulnerabilities;

- Assess the applicability of patches and fixes (in cases of outdated software, misconfigurations, etc.;

- Validate false positives in collaboration with technical teams.

3. Vulnerability Validation via Pen-Testing

- Review results from penetration tests;

- Conduct additional tests to ensure that vulnerabilities have been resolved.

What We Are Looking For:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles;

- Good technical knowledge and ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams;

- We value soft skills and proactivity;

- Certifications like OSCP and CISCO are a big plus!
