Position: CRM Dynamics Analyst Developer

Location: Lisbon, hybrid model

We are looking for a technical and functional specialist in CRM Dynamics, with critical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for creating solutions that truly make a difference. If you combine technical knowledge with business understanding, we want to meet you.

What you will do:

- Develop solutions in on-premises CRM Dynamics, designing functionalities that meet business requirements, regulatory rules, and the organization's functional architecture.

- Follow the business, clarifying application rules and ensuring that technology meets real needs.

- Implement business workflows in Dynamics 365, focusing on out-of-the-box functionalities.

- Customize components: alter or create tailored elements, including data models, entities, forms, and views.

What we are looking for:

Mandatory:

- Proven technical and functional expertise in CRM Dynamics, preferably on-premises.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.

- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).

- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
