Job Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Project and Program Leadership Team with a Product Manager

Profile:

- Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management);

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;

- Deep knowledge of legal and tax obligations, in at least one of the following areas: legal reporting to the Bank of Portugal, the Tax Authority; billing and accounting systems; knowledge of SEPA processes or integration with accounting systems.

- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders;

- Ability to create clear and objective functional documentation;

- Understand and map user, business, and process needs with empathy and critical thinking;

- Co-create functional solutions with Product Managers, Designers, and Solution Architects;

- Support QA and Developers, ensuring alignment between documentation, testing, and implementation;

- Maintain the backlog and product tree always updated and prioritized;

- Facilitate agile rituals (Dailies, Reviews, Retros, Planning, Refinements);

- Contribute to the product vision and strategy in each cycle;

- Support in the phases of discovery, user research, and solution validation;

- Strong focus on continuous collaboration between teams.
