We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project management and a proven ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.

The company is based in Porto region and the function may be developed fully remote.

Description

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in alignment with business goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks effectively.

- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT project management.

- Utilize methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or IPMA to streamline project workflows.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational needs.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT project management framework.

Profile

A successful Senior IT Project Manager should have:

- At least 7 years of experience in IT project management within the industrial or manufacturing sector (preferencial).

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or IPMA.

- Azure DevOps experience a plus.

- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a medium-sized team environment.

- Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving strategies.

- English fluency.
