- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy using the Beqom platform.

- Optimize existing performance management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide training and support to internal teams on the Beqom platform and performance management best practices.

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Ensure alignment of performance management processes with organizational goals and objectives.

What we are looking for

- Solid experience in Performance Management, preferably with the Beqom platform

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing performance management processes

- Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

- Experience providing training and support to teams on new tools and processes

- Fluent level of English (mandatory)

- Availability for a hybrid work environment (2x per week in Lisbon)
