What is this challenge about:

- Manage and organize project-related information, documentation, and contracts.

- Support project tracking activities, including timelines, deliverables, and progress monitoring.

- Perform cost analysis and financial control across projects.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.

- Monitor project budgets, resources, and server/cost allocation when applicable.

- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support audit response processes.

- Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions for optimization.

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure adherence to methodologies and governance standards.

What we are looking for:

- +3 years of experience working as a PMO

- Experience in managing information, contracts, and project activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Strong analytical skills and experience in cost control.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

- Experience supporting projects and analyzing servers/cost structures is valued.

- Critical thinking skills with ability to propose process improvements.

- Experience handling audits and compliance requirements.

- Financial management competencies.

- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)

- Fluent level of English.
