What is this challenge about:
- Act as the main point of contact during the integration of the respective services with external clients.
- Analyze functional and technical documentation, support client testing, troubleshoot identified errors, and assist in their resolution.
- Analyze client test results, identify issues based on technical and functional documentation, and propose solutions or corrective actions.
- Serve as the main liaison between for the client, ensuring all project requirements are met, timelines are respected, and deliverables align with the client's business goals.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Manage expectations, resolve issues, and propose solutions in a proactive manner.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential challenges proactively to stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years as a Project Manager.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or .NET, with experience in Web Services and REST APIs.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, PrestaShop, or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled at managing client expectations and handling challenging situations constructively.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to project or client needs.
- Experience in the financial or payments sector and/or with digital solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strategic vision and prioritizing effectively.
- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role).
