What is this challenge about
- Design, test, and maintain scalable microservices using .NET (C#);
- Ensure best design practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, etc.);
- Work with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC;
- Orchestrate internal (fine-tuned) or external models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face);
- Create API wrappers or SDKs to enable reuse of GenAI models across the organization;
- Develop and integrate conversational agents based on LLMs;
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with access to external sources (e.g., databases, vector stores);
- Evaluate and fine-tune agents based on metrics such as relevance, factual accuracy, and contextual alignment.

What we are looking for
- 4 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience as a Gen AI Engineer (including agent development, RAG, agent evaluation);
- Previous experience developing microservices with .NET/C#;
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face;
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
