What is this challenge about
- Define and optimize generative AI models for different business scenarios;
- Train and validate GenAI models, ensuring their performance;
- Implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring their efficiency;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes through GenAI integration;
- Autonomous development of GenAI-based applications (OpenAI, AI Search);
- Autonomous development of Copilot solutions (Microsoft).

What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles;
- Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related fields;
- Experience developing with Python;
- Experience in data modeling and developing AI pipelines;
- Competence in cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud);
- Deep understanding of Recovery Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and principles.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
- Backend API development;
- Ability to collaborate on global projects and work in distributed teams.
- Proficiency in English.
