We’re currently hiring a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer to join a highly innovative team working on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based architectures. If you’re passionate about building intelligent systems that create, optimize, and automate — this is the role for you.
What is the challenge about:
You’ll be building and deploying advanced AI models, from traditional ML pipelines to Large Language Models, including fine-tuning, training, and integration with real-world applications.
You’ll work across the entire ML lifecycle — from data exploration and model optimization, to RAG implementation, quality validation, and technical documentation. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by experimentation and real impact.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Familiarity with both open-source and commercial LLMs
- Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques
- Experience with traditional ML methods: decision trees, SVMs, neural networks, etc.
- Comfort working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI/ML deployments
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
- Fluency in English

Work Location & Flexibility:
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in Lisbon.
