What is this challenge about

- Gathering and analysis of business requirements for new and ongoing projects;

- Managing and responding to support requests;

- Writing specifications and User Stories;

- Defining the planning for Implementation of requests/ projects;

- Track and report project progress;

- Identifying new user needs or improvements.

What we are looking for

- At least 5 years of experience with similar roles;

- Professional experience with ESS (Employee Self-Service) modules;

- Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint;

- Experience with SQL;

- Good communication skills;

- Ability to work in an international environment;

- Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;

- Good client relationship;

- Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory).
