We are looking for a Java Developer to work in Portugal who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
- Collaborate in a fully Agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Participate in pair programming 100% of the time, sharing knowledge and fostering a learning culture.
- Apply test-driven development (TDD) to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance in complex systems.
- Take ownership of services and applications, from development through production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to system design discussions.
- Work on OSS-related tasks such as provisioning, service assurance, and system ownership.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +10 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Hands-on experience with pair programming and TDD, or strong theoretical knowledge if no direct experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
- Experience in OSS (provisioning, service assurance, system ownership) is a plus.
- Proactive profile, well-organized, and good communication skills.
- Understanding Agile methodologies.
- Fluent level of Portuguese.
- Fluent level of English.
- Living in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga (hybrid role).
