This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, Product Owner, or similar role in large-scale implementations.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules.

- Knowledge of demand management and product lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent English (mandatory).

Main responsibilities:

- Guide the platform roadmap, driving continuous improvement in line with the Enterprise Service Management strategy.

- Engage with stakeholders (IT, HR, Customer Service) to capture and prioritize demands in the ServiceNow pipeline.

- Act as a functional advisor on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM, recommending best practices and maximizing platform value.

- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, guiding Agile delivery teams.

- Support release management and adoption, ensuring smooth deployments and successful change management.

- Promote continuous improvement, monitoring platform performance and enhancing user experience.
