This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

- Proven experience as a Jira and Confluence administrator in corporate environments.

- Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automation rules.

- Familiarity with ITSM processes and user support practices.

- Ability to prioritize multiple operational tasks.

- Excellent communication and a service-oriented mindset.

- Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-100, ACP-620, ACP-420).

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- English: B2 minimum (mandatory).
