Senior tester • lead quality assurance and drive excellence!

InnoWave is looking for a dynamic, agile person, with good communication skills, high work capacity and a great desire to learn, with availability to come to our office in Lisbon!

Senior Manual Tester

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases

- Execution of integration tests and regression tests

- Technical test support and manage the testing delivery

- Identify bugs and monitor defect tracking system

- Document software defects in the bug tracking system

- Analysis of client requirements and high-level designs

- Lead a team of testers

Skills

- Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar areas

- Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar roles

- Familiar with Agile Methodologies

- Knowledge of test and defect management tools

- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence

- Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to lead a team

- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
