Position Overview:
We seek a highly capable, independent Senior AI & Automation Developer to own the technical delivery and implementation of all AI-driven automation initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in API integration, AI tools, custom software development, and the ability to create intuitive user interfaces. The successful candidate will independently assess, architect, and implement complex integrations across diverse industry-specific software, APIs, SaaS solutions, and Microsoft platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect comprehensive AI-driven solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using platforms such as N8N, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Azure, and various industry-specific SaaS products.
- Independently develop and manage API integrations, including designing robust, scalable "glue logic" to connect disparate systems seamlessly.
- Build and maintain intuitive, secure, and responsive web-based interfaces.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our service offerings.
- Clearly document technical designs, implementations, and procedures for internal use and client reference.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and occasionally with client teams during after-hours (Canadian Eastern Time) to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying complex AI automation solutions independently.
- Exceptional proficiency in AI technologies (N8N, ChatGPT/OpenAI, LangChain) and robust knowledge of various SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Advanced expertise in API development, integration management, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in creating sophisticated, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, JSON, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft platforms and environments, particularly Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and best practices for data privacy.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) to effectively interact with technical and business stakeholders.
