About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer who excels in leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other intelligent assistants to streamline software engineering and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for automation, productivity, and modern development practices.

You will foster initiatives to embed AI into the development lifecycle, improve team velocity, and build robust, scalable applications across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.

- Develop end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Design and develop full stack applications using modern frameworks and AI-assisted tooling.

- Integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other LLM-based assistants into daily development workflows.

- Automate repetitive coding, testing, and deployment tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines using AI-enhanced strategies.

- Lead the adoption of AI-driven coding practices across the team, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

- Build reusable components and libraries that support AI-augmented development.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security in AI-assisted environments.

- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in AI-enhanced software engineering.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (React, C#, Azure, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices and databases.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM integration into development workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
