We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon, Porto or Braga.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

- Work across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service

- Participate in solution architecture, integrations, and process improvements

- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements

- Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable deliveries

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related issues

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

- Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, custom entities, and plug-ins

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus
