We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide our development team both technically and operationally, while still being hands-on (70% coding). This is a fully remote role, giving you the opportunity to work from anywhere while leading a high-performing global team.

Your role

- Lead and mentor a development team across both technical and resource aspects.

- Contribute hands-on as a full stack developer (Java + Angular).

- Own the full development lifecycle: design, architecture, development, and DevOps.

- Work in an Extreme Programming (XP) environment with remote pair programming.

- Assign stories, manage daily standups, and ensure steady development progress.

- Act as the focal point for technical problem-solving and business communication.

- Enforce coding standards (TDD, DDD, design patterns) and provide architecture guidance.

- Support junior developers through mentoring and enablement.

What we’re looking for

- BSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

- 4+ years of team leadership experience (must).

- 6+ years of experience with Java and Spring (must).

- Strong expertise in front-end development (Angular preferred, React experience is a must).

- Solid experience with functional programming, Java Streams, and reactive UI development.

- 2+ years of experience with TDD/BDD (JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Protractor/Selenium).

- Background in microservices architecture (Spring Boot/Cloud).

- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry).

- Cloud/hybrid deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Kotlin experience is a strong plus.

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

- Excellent English, written and spoken.
