Senior Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work in a project in Lisbon area.

What are we looking for?

- 3-4 years of experience in a process-focused role such as a Business Analyst.

- Proficiency with presenting information to audiences of various backgrounds.

- Strong communication skills.

- Understanding of and experience demonstrating competency in conducting process mapping and gap analysis, using various methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).

- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders through facilitation to gather input to document detailed process flows.

- Exceptional communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to identify process-related risks.

- Mid-level understanding of project management principles and methodology.

- Familiarity with ITIL Frameworks / SRE Practices is preferred.

- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).

- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on IT operations.

- Fluent in English.
