Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer for an international remote project.

Your Strengths:

- Navigating Linux/Unix environments and identifying root causes of system issues.

- Deep understanding of web architecture and how the Internet operates behind the scenes.

- Skilled in observability tools and practices: metrics, logging, distributed tracing.

- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.

- Supporting and maintaining production-grade applications.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently toward shared goals.

- Eager to learn and contribute to team knowledge.

- Familiar with DevOps principles and workflows.

What Will Set You Apart:

- Advanced experience managing AWS infrastructure.

- Expertise in provisioning, networking, security, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and automation.

- CI/CD pipeline setup and cloud account management using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (Helm is a plus).

- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.

- Monitoring with Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, and CloudWatch.

- CDN implementation with CloudFront or AKAMAI.

- Strong grasp of networking protocols.

- Scripting and automation using Bash, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
