What you will do:

- Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs, and specifications within cross-functional teams

- Work closely with the UX/UI Designers, Developers, Product Owner and Project Managers to collect information and provide feedback to inform and defend design solutions

- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather information for validating design decisions

- Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles and showing the agility to organize and maintain a Design System)

What you must have:

- More than 2 years in software application development or Level 3 support

- Experience in Programming and scripting languages (C#, Typescript, PowerShell, Bash) - although primary responsibility is not programming, interpret and troubleshoot and mitigate issues over existing code base is required

- Experience with relational Databases – interpret a data model and being able to retrieve and analyze data

- Excellent English skills – spoken and written

- Time management, organization and prioritization

- Attention to detail – thorough in work carried out

- Great interpersonal and communication skills – working together to meet deadlines

- Initiative – seeking continuous improvement and implementing best practice in technology environment

What we consider a plus (not mandatory):

- Knowledge and/or Experience with Kubernetes or other container platforms

- Manufacturing industry business domain knowledge (e.g. Semiconductor, Electronics, Medical Devices or Industrial Equipment manufacturing)

- Experience with SQL Server

- Knowledge and/or Experience with the ITIL framework

- Knowledge of Apache Kafka for distributed data streaming

- Knowledge with data consumption using ClickHouse and OData protocols
