Senior Fullstack Solution Analyst (.NET & React)

What you will be doing:

- Act as a senior full stack engineer supporting the web roadmap of the Customer Platform.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-grade web services and features using technologies like React, C#, .NET Framework, Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, and REST APIs.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Managers, Engineers, QA’s, Designers) and external software partners.

- Engage directly with end users to understand customer needs and ensure solutions align with business priorities.

- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, development guidance, CI/CD strategy, and mentorship of junior developers.

- Ensure high-quality software through rigorous testing and documentation (run books, architecture, user guides).

- Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness by collaborating with the platform operations team.

- Contribute to project planning and execution including task estimation, risk management, and sprint activities.

- Lead selected mobile-related initiatives as team capacity expands.

What we are looking for:

- Several years of experience in full stack software development.

- Solid experience in C#, .NET framework, React and Azure cloud services.

- Hands-on knowledge of RESTful API integration and version control (Azure DevOps or Git).

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and business teams.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiar with agile software development practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
