DevOps Technical Lead

What you will be doing:

- Lead the technical design and implementation of DevOps practices across complex cloud-agnostic systems.

- Work closely with a team of DevOps Engineers to enhance automation, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Improve infrastructure scalability and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.

- Participate in sprint planning and Agile delivery cycles to align DevOps with product development.

- Guide the team in evolving towards a more mature Continuous Deployment environment.

What we are looking for:

- Several years of Linux system administration and DevOps engineering experience.

- Previous experience with cloud providers services (e.g., AWS, Azure)

- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.

- Proficiency with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.

- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus and Grafana.

- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python or Go.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

- Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

What will be a plus:

- Experience leading technical decisions or mentoring a DevOps team.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies.

- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud networking concepts.
