We have offices in Lisbon and Porto and are specialized consultants in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems. What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects using Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong expertise in IT project management and change management processes
- Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and manage complex initiatives from concept to delivery
- Close collaboration with IT Project Leads/Owners to ensure successful project outcomes
- Coordination of technical concept creation and implementation
- Planning and coordination of test phases (T-test and UAT)
- Regular status reporting, risk monitoring, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitation of meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Apply Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability
- Implement agile tools and workflows to boost productivity and collaboration
- Support team members in adopting agile principles and continuous improvement practices
- PMP or Scrum Master certification (nice to have)
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented work style
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple initiatives and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to travel occasionally (as required by the project)
- Excellent command of English (B2+ minimum) — French or German is a plus
