What will you do?
- Support IT specialists by gathering and sharing cross-functional information.
- Software development using the Cobol language.
- Perform development work with efficient and quality deliveries.
- Understand the requirements document and convert it into Cobol programs.
- Work with Business Analysts and Technical Leaders to deliver a quality product.
- Participate in support activities during the various testing phases of the project.
- Create test documents and execute test cases.
- Provide support to clients during User Acceptance Testing.
- Help new team members resolve technical issues and provide knowledge transfer.
What are we looking for?
- At least 4 years of experience in COBOL programming, DB2/SQL, JCL, and CICS.
- Experience in systems analysis and design.
- Experience with Visual COBOL and Eclipse development tools.
- Knowledge of Unix shell scripting – a plus.
- Fluency in English – mandatory.
