What will you be doing?
- Analyze customer transactional trends and behavior data across the network to understand preferences, assess impact, and support decision-making processes.
- Propose the strategy, footprint, and implementation plan for transactional models across the network, based on clear data and criteria, monitoring their impact to evaluate changes and suggest improvements.
- Explore and structure data provided by equipment into dashboards to measure customer usage and performance, and to generate insights about branch dynamics.
- Define and implement strategies to guide customers toward transactional models and equipment best suited to their profile and needs.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- At least 2 years working in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).
- Proficient with JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Fluency in English (read, spoken, written);
- Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
