Profile description:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field;

- Previous professional experience as a Citrix Expert or in similar roles;

- Strong expertise in Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps & Desktops);

- Hands-on experience with NetScaler (Citrix ADC) and Citrix ADM;

- Knowledge of Citrix Workspace Environment Management and ControlUp;

- Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, load balancing, and SSL VPNs;

- Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell;

- Ability to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Citrix environments;

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

- Relevant Citrix certifications (CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) are a plus;
