The Portuguese-German tech accelerator xelerate.tech has invested around 2 million euros in a brand new office space in Porto. This move is part of the company’s plan to grow its global business directly from Portugal. This big project drives the xelerate tech Porto hub investment 2026 expansion forward. The new 1,000-square-meter facility is split across four units over two floors. It holds around 95 employees working on various international tech projects. The office includes large meeting spaces, operational zones, and areas built specifically for workshops and tech meetups.

The brand new facility works as a main headquarters for the company’s specialized Build Operate Transfer software teams Portugal business model. Through this setup, xelerate.tech hires, builds, and runs complete engineering teams for foreign companies.
