Worten is currently inviting applications for the 2025 version of "Shape Your Career: Building Our Logistics Leaders," a 12-month paid internship for recent management and logistics graduates. This full-time program, starting in September, is based in Azambuja and will accept applications until August 8.
Successful candidates will be placed in Worten's Supply Chain Department, where they will work under a mentor's guidance and receive both initial and ongoing training.
The program targets the growth of young talent into future logistics leaders, all while promoting diversity, inclusion, and a healthy work-life balance.
"Initiatives like this give young people a taste of what it's like to work in a large company and feel like they're making a real difference," comments Inês de Castro, Head of People at Worten.
