Syensqo has selected IDB Lisbon – Innovation & Design Building – as the location for its new Global Business Services, occupying approximately 2,000 m² on the 4th floor. The building, owned by Jamestown, is situated near Parque das Nações.
JLL represented Jamestown during negotiations, while CBRE facilitated Syensqo’s search for a new office that aligned with the company's needs.
IDB Lisbon stood out for its innovation-driven environment, desirable amenities, and rooftop offering panoramic city views.
André Almada, Head of Offices at CBRE Portugal, highlighted the significance of Syensqo’s expansion, noting it reflects Lisbon’s growing appeal to international companies seeking talent, lifestyle, and innovative office spaces.
Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos, Head of Offices at JLL Portugal, praised the deal as a testament to Lisbon’s dynamic office market and IDB’s strategic location near key services and infrastructure.
