Syensqo, operating across 30+ countries, has selected IDB Lisbon for its new Global Business Services office. The office spans approximately 2,000 m² on the building's 4th floor, near Parque das Nações, and is owned by Jamestown.
This significant transaction, completed in late 2024, was facilitated by JLL Portugal and CBRE Portugal, marking it as one of the year’s key deals in Lisbon’s office market. JLL represented Jamestown during negotiations, while CBRE supported Syensqo in finding a space aligned with its needs.
“IDB Lisbon stood out for its innovation ecosystem, panoramic rooftop views, and diverse amenities, including gastronomy and cultural activities, making it an ideal choice for Syensqo,” noted the consultants.
André Almada, Head of Offices at CBRE Portugal, emphasized Portugal’s appeal to international companies due to its talent pool, lifestyle, and innovative real estate projects. Similarly, Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos of JLL highlighted the transaction as a testament to Lisbon’s dynamic office market and IDB’s suitability for forward-thinking companies like Syensqo.
