Redshift Global is celebrating 15 years of growth and reaching people all over the world. This month marks the 15th anniversary of when Redshift Global was started. It began as REDSHIFT Consulting in Cacilhas, Portugal, created by co-founders João Manso and Vanda. At first, it was just two people, but now it has grown into a group of four different companies.
These companies employ more than 130 people across four locations in Portugal. They provide services to clients in four continents and more than a dozen countries.
Looking back on the journey, João Manso talks about the challenges, hard work, and lasting relationships that have helped Redshift grow.
“Some of our clients have been with us since the very beginning, and many of our partners have been with us for over ten years. But what really keeps us going is our amazing team, who are always ready to give great service with professionalism and a lot of passion. ”
Even though Redshift has a big presence around the world, it still stays focused on Portugal.
The company continues to support the local market while also expanding to other parts of the globe. Looking ahead, Redshift has plans to grow even more—both inside and outside of Portugal. This will happen because of their dedication, their knowledge, and the strong teamwork they have.
