Following its strategic acquisition earlier this year, Portuguese tech company PHC is now fully integrating into the Cegid ecosystem and will operate as Cegid PHC. This marks a new phase in uniting PHC’s expertise with Cegid’s global reach.
The updated visual identity is live across digital channels and extends to key management solutions, now named Cegid PHC CS and Cegid PHC GO. These products will benefit from cutting-edge tech developed at Cegid’s AI Center in Portugal, including generative AI-powered smart agents under the Cegid Pulse platform that automate tasks and offer predictive insights.
Javier Torres, General Manager for Iberia, Latin America, and Africa at Cegid, highlighted this integration as a fresh chapter blending PHC’s local innovation with Cegid’s international ambitions. He emphasized the strengthened ability to support SMEs in digital transformation across Iberia and Africa, while preserving PHC’s legacy of innovation and close customer relationships.
