Palo Alto Networks to Acquire CyberArk for $25M

Palo Alto Networks has agreed to buy CyberArk, a company that's a big name in security related to identities and has more than 4,000 workers. The deal is worth $25 million and shows Palo Alto is entering the identity security field. It's also an important step in creating a security system that can work well with AI.

This is the second big exit from an Israeli tech company this year. Palo Alto also has offices in Portugal.
