Claranet Portugal will continue to operate independently, retaining its identity, management team, and loyal customer base—elements that have fueled its success over the last decade.
Pending approval from Portugal’s Competition Authority, this acquisition positions NOS to redefine ICT services in Portugal, offering innovative tools to empower the country’s enterprises and public institutions.
