The Mota-Engil Group has opened applications for the 12th edition of its corporate internship initiative, Start@ME, offering 142 internship vacancies across seven countries. The program aims to attract and develop future international leaders, with opportunities in Portugal, Angola, Colombia, Mexico, Mozambique, Peru, and Uganda.
Open to candidates with Bachelor's or Master's degrees in fields such as engineering, architecture, law, economics, management, marketing, and more, the program will run for 12 months, starting October 6th. Applications are open until the end of August via Mota-Engil’s official channels.
The three-phase structure includes a rigorous selection process (@Campus), cultural immersion at company facilities (@Mota-Engil), and hands-on experience in business units (@Business Units), supported by a dedicated tutor. With a 96% retention rate in the last edition, Start@ME continues to be a strong entry point into the Mota-Engil Group's global career paths.
