Landing.Jobs has officially been acquired by Damia Group, marking the end of an era for its co-founder, who will now step back from operational involvement while continuing as an advisor.
Reflecting on the journey, the founder shared how Landing.Jobs transformed the Portuguese tech landscape—helping thousands of professionals find new career opportunities, supporting companies in setting up operations in Portugal, and contributing to job creation nationwide.
A heartfelt acknowledgment was given to key figures who played a role in this success, including co-founder Pedro Oliveira, early investors like Portugal Ventures, LC Ventures, Banco de Fomento, and key supporters like the late João Vasconcelos from Startup Lisboa. Special thanks were also extended to the dedicated Landing.Jobs team and clients, such as VW and Sky, for their role in building major tech hubs in Portugal.
Looking ahead, the founder is now focused on Softlanding.Works, a new initiative aimed at attracting talent to Portugal beyond the tech industry—expanding opportunities into HR, Health, Marketing, and more.
With a new mission in sight, the message remains clear: Let’s do it again, together! 🚀
