Kwan, a Portuguese tech firm focusing on tech talent outsourcing and nearshoring, ended 2025 with €18.6 million in revenue. That's a 7.7% increase from €17.3 million in 2024.
This increase came from getting 173 new projects, from both new and existing clients. Kwan's team also grew to 350 people by the end of 2025, up 64 from the year before.
João Mauritti, Kwan's COO, says these results show how tough and experienced the company is, especially when it comes to reliable service.
For 2026, Kwan is expecting 20% growth, with AI being key to that. They're planning to add 250 new people in software engineering, automation, and data, aiming for a total of 500 consultants by the year's end.
After 19 years, Kwan now works in 18 countries with over 130 clients, solidifying its spot in the global tech outsourcing and nearshoring market.
