KLx wants tech people with 2–10 years under their belts. They're hiring for positions like Senior Data Scientist, DevOps Specialist/someone who can design the system, Senior Software person who designs the system, Java Tech Lead / DevOps Specialist, Senior Manager in IT, Lead Production Support Engineer, and positions.
They started in Portugal around four years ago with about 200 workers. Now, they've got over 800 people helping 14 Crédit Agricole group partners. They want to hit 1,500 employees by the end of 2027.
Tiago Barbosa, KLx's CFO, says their growth is all about trusting their employees. They put money into training and try to make a workplace where skilled people want to work and can turn problems into wins.
Their teams work on coding, keeping apps running, using agile ways of doing things, running projects, and making sure everything is good quality. Putting money into people has paid off. KLx got the Great Place to Work thing in 2024, so everyone knows they're a good place to work in Portugal.
