inCentea Eyes Four New Acquisitions to Expand in Spain

Portuguese tech group inCentea is doubling down on its push into the Spanish market, combining organic growth with acquisitions to solidify its presence across the Iberian Peninsula. The company has already acquired Extom Consulting, a Spanish ERP and cloud solutions specialist, and is now analyzing four additional Spanish firms, particularly in cloud management and HCM (human capital management).

Board member Rui Silva confirmed to Jornal Económico that inCentea is also strengthening partnerships with major ERP players like Microsoft, CEGID, and SAGE to support this expansion. The company’s goal is ambitious: generate 20% of its total revenue from Spain by 2027.
