Foundever is planning to hire 230 customer support workers in Portugal by the end of 2025. The company will be expanding its teams in Lisbon and Porto, and the hiring process will happen throughout October, November, and December.
The jobs are for customer support roles that require knowledge of the Portuguese language. These positions will focus on international projects in tourism, including accommodation and aviation, as well as digital platforms-two areas that are growing rapidly.
Pedro Santos, the company's leader in Portugal, said these new hires are important for meeting the increasing need for Portuguese-speaking services and for making the company more established in Portugal. The company operates in more than 45 countries around the world.
