Fidelidade has set up a new office at Avenida da Boavista 253, which is one of the most famous streets in Porto. This move is part of the company's larger plan to change and improve how they operate, with the goal of creating a more modern and flexible way of working.
The new office covers three floors that have been renovated.
It has a glass front, open and comfortable work areas, spaces for meetings and focused work, areas for training, places to relax, and a dining area. The office also meets WELL Certification standards, making it a healthy and smoke-free place to work.
Joana Queiroz Ribeiro, the Director of People and Organization, said, “This isn’t just about moving to a new location.
It shows how we want to work—closer together, in a more flexible way, and with better working conditions. ”
The opening was celebrated with the local team, marking a new beginning for Fidelidade in Porto.
